Watch: Seamus Coleman makes young Everton fan's Christmas with special visit at end of tough year

Will McKenzie’s father passed away in April at the age of 52.

THIS IS NICE.

Ireland and Everton full-back Seamus Coleman has surprised a young Toffees fan who lost his father earlier this year.

Will McKenzie, 11, is a huge Everton supporter and used to go to games with his father Stephen before he passed away from pneumonia in April of this year at the age of 52.

The Toffees have been running a competition which allowed people to nominate a young Evertonian for their BlueCrimbo Secret Santa surprise and Will was chosen as the winner.

Ireland captain Coleman called around to the family home to surprise a shell-shocked Will and give him a number of presents, including five tickets to Everton’s game at Leicester on St Stephen’s Day.
