Okay, so he wasn’t actually trying to go all Gavin Henson in time for his trip to Oz next month. Actually, he was watching his team-mates prepare for this weekend’s RaboDirect Pro12 semi-final at home to Glasgow.
Cramp kept him out of today’s session, but having watched him get a thorough rub down from the physio, we reckon he’ll be ready to go in the RDS come Saturday.
At least now he has an image to put on all his homemade Christmas cards this year.
