Jonny Sexton in reported training ground scuffle with 112 kilo second row Juandre Kruger

Ireland’s number 10 was only giving away four inches and 20 kilos. No biggie.

JONATHAN SEXTON HAS never been a shy man once he crossed the white lines of rugby field. But that innate will to win has reportedly landed him in a match-up that he was never going to win at Racing Metro training this week.

The Parisian club travel to Toulouse this weekend for a season-defining playoff clash with the southern giants of French rugby.

And with intensity rising, Rugbyrama report that the Irish out-half screamed in the ear of 112 kilo, 6′ 6″  lock Juandre Kruger after what he deemed excessive force during a contact session in training.  Kruger reacted unfavourably and the pair had to be separated by team-mates.

“We’re preparing for a big match in Toulouse and there is obviously a lot of pressure and aggression,” said back row Bernard La Roux afterwards.

That’s all fine as long as no Irish lads get hurt.
