The Irish golfer has been showing off his kicking skills to the Leinster lads.

SHANE LOWRY MAY be ranked 71st in the official world golf rankings but if he’s looking for more immediate sporting success, he could turn his hand to rugby.

The former Irish Open champion has clearly been working on his kicking skills and, judging from the video below, he looks to have nailed the technique. Leinster winger Darragh Fanning was the man to post the vid to YouTube, so it seems that Lowry has been training with the professionals.

Not a bad effort from the 2012 Portugal Masters champion, who stands 6ft tall and weighs in at 102kg. A goal-kicking centre maybe?
