Video: Super Sigerson Cup scores

Some Gaelic football tekkers to enjoy.

THE 2013 SIGERSON Cup kicked into gear yesterday.

And there were some Gaelic football tekkers to enjoy.

Kerry defender Peter Crowley does not score too many goals but he’ll remember this individual effort in their win against UUJ in Coolock.

In the same game, Roscommon’s Niall Daly and Kerry’s Paul Geaney demonstrated that sometimes the direct route really is best as they displayed the lost art of kick-passing.

And the long-ball game was also employed by UCD in their win over Trinity College last night with Laois forward Donie Kingston hitting a corker to the net.

Sigerson Cup: Triumphs for UCD, DCU and St Mary’s

Sigerson Cup: Wins for UCC, NUI Maynooth and Athlone IT
