It’s really bad injury news for Trap, one Irish athlete will miss the indoor championships and it was a busy weekend of GAA action.

1. #BOYS IN GREEN Shay Given looks to be out injured until at least the summer with a recurrence of his troublesome shoulder injury.

Coventry’s Keiren Westwood is now on course to make his competitive debut for Ireland against Macedonia next month. Given may need surgery to repair the damage.

2. DON’T CALL IT A COMEBACK After they trailed by eight points at Nowlan Park at half-time yesterday, Cork almost clawed it back against Kilkenny.

6. #PARADISE Celtic took a massive step towards the SPL title yesterday as they strolled to a 3-0 win over arch rivals Rangers.
