The Morning Score: Monday

Here’s everything you need to know this morning, unless you’re name is David Nalbandian.

Every morning TheScore.ie brings you the stories you need to know before that first cup of coffee.

1. #EURO2012 Ireland will finish their European Championships campaign tonight with a Group C against Italy in Poznan.

Damien Duff — who faced the press yesterday — will skipper the side on his 100th cap. Manager Giovanni Trapatonni yesterday reverted to type, dropping Simon Cox for Kevin Doyle.

Last night, Portugal and Germany advanced from Group B — meaning Denmark and the point-less Netherlands head home.

2. #GAA The draw for the All-Ireland football qualifiers has just taken place on Morning Ireland. And it is: Laois v Carlow, Louth v Westmeath, Roscommon v Armagh, Fermanagh v Cavan, Offaly v Tipperary, Antrim v London, Wicklow v Waterford, Derry v Longford. The games will be played on 30 June.

Yesterday Galway booked their place in the Leinster hurling final while Waterford are into the Munster decider after a dramatic win over Clare in Thurles.

3. #GOLF It wasn’t to be for two Irish hopes late last night. Graeme McDowell and Pádraig Harrington staged tilts at the US Open in San Francisco but ultimately saw American Webb Simpson came from joint eight with a round to go, to top of the leaderboard. Here’s how it happened.

4. #NBA LeBron James had 29 points and 14 rebounds and Dwyane Wade finished with 25 points and seven assists as the Miami Heat beat Oklahoma City 91-85 Sunday to take a 2-1 series lead in the NBA finals.

5. #TENNIS Did you see David Nalbandian losing the head yesterday in the final at Queen’s? It cost him the match.
