It’s hump day! Here’s all the sports news you need this morning to break the back on the week.

1. #RWC2011 Ronan O’Gara has rowed back on talk of retirement.

The Munster out half seemed to indicate that he’d bow out of international rugby after the World Cup in New Zealand but he told RTÉ’s Michael Corcoran overnight that he’d reassess his position after the tournament.

2. #GAA Dublin’s All-Ireland winning captain  Bryan Cullen is set to take up a full-time job in Leinster Rugby’s academy according to Ruaidhri O’Connor in the Irish Independent.

3. #FAI CUP Bohs are through to the last four after an epic quarter-final win in Dundalk last night.

Anto Flood scored an 108th minute goal to send the Gypsies through after Dean Bennett was sent off.

4. #HEROES Dublin’s footballers take on Kilmacud Croke at Parnell Park this evening (throw-in 7.45pm).

5. #RWC Japan and Tonga are currently up adn running – as is Tony with our liveblog. Dedication.
