Seventeen-year-old Paco Alcácer was the Spanish hero, hitting a double in the second half of extra-time to snatch the country’s first U19 crown since 2007.

And the headline? Well, my Spanish isn’t great, but I’m pretty sure it channels Gary Lineker’s famous quote, proclaiming “Football is a game of 11 v 11 in which Spain always win.”
