Time to shine for GAA's little guys at Croker

The Junior and Intermediate Club Championship deciders will offer the association’s smaller clubs their time in the spotlight this weeekend.

SIX COUNTIES WILL be represented in this year’s AIB GAA Junior and Intermediate Club Championship finals over the weekend.

For the players  involved the opportunity to play at GAA headquarters will fulfill a lifelong ambition.

Today, St Mary’s of Kerry play Cavan champions Swalinbar  in the AIB GAA All-Ireland Junior Championship decider.

That’s followed by the meeting of Galway side St James’ and Lisnaskea Emmets of Fermanagh in the Intermediate Final.

Both hurling finals are Cork-Kilkenny affairs. Meelin and John Lockes contest the AIB All Ireland Junior Club Hurling Final. The weekend schedule is completed by the Intermediate Final pairing of Ballymartle and Dicksboro.
