Chelsea return for Matic: Serbian midfielder Nemanja Matic is on the verge or re-joining Chelsea having left the club for Benfica as part of the deal to sign David Luiz in 2011. The Pensioners will pay around £20m for the 25-year-old’s services.

De Bruyne off to Germany: Heading for the exit at Chelsea, meanwhile, is Belgian midfielder Kevin de Bruyne who is close to moving to Bundesliga club Wolfsburg.
