IN THE HEADLINE bout at UFC 200 overnight in Las Vegas, the women’s bantamweight division got its fourth different champion since November.

Brazil’s Amanda Nunes (13-4) bombarded Miesha Tate (18-6) with strikes, eventually forcing the defending champion down. From there she worked her way towards a fight-winning rear-naked choke after 3:16 of the first round at the T-Mobile Arena.

Nunes succeeds Tate as the title-holder in the 135lbs division. Last March, Tate dethroned Holly Holm, who became the first woman to defeat Ronda Rousey back in November.
