UCD dominate Ireland Under 20 starting line-up

The Dublin club boast seven starters when Ireland take on Scotland this Friday.

CAPTAIN DAN LEAVY is one of seven UCD clubmen in the Ireland under 20′s line-up for this Friday night’s curtain-raiser against Scotland in Athlone.

The Dublin club also provide the out-half, Ross Byrne who has also been installed as the side’s vice captain.

The front row, however, is dominated by Cork Constitution with tighthead Rory Burke and hooker Max Abbott joined by Lansdowne’s Peter Dooley.

Dooley along with flanker Peadar Timmins are the the sole survivors from the 2013 six Nations campaign. However; Leavy, number eight Jack O’Donoghue and Adam Byrne were all included in last summer’s World Cup squad.

Connacht lock Sean O’Brien packs down alongside Ross Malony while injury to another UCD man, Billy Dardis, has handed an opportunity to Ulster’s David Busby at fullback.
