USA select 3 Irishmen for tomorrow's Test in New Jersey

AJ MacGinty, John Quill and Paddy Ryan are all in line to face Joe Schmidt’s side at the Red Bull Arena.

USA HEAD COACH John Mitchell has named three Irishmen in his 23-man squad for tomorrow night’s meeting with Ireland at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey [KO 10pm Irish time, Eir Sport 2].

Former Connacht out-half AJ MacGinty will win his 11th cap for the Eagles. The 27-year-old Dubliner, who’s now with Sale Sharks, debuted for his adopted nation in 2015.

Cork-born 27-year-old John Quill is in line to be capped for the 20th time after being named to start at blindside flanker, while fellow Leesider Paddy Ryan, a tighthead prop, could make his debut having been included among the replacements.
