OUTSIDE OF THE ring, the common conception is that sailing holds the best hope for an Irish medal in the coming weeks.

Ryan Seaton and Matt McGovern were tracked down by 3e’s FYI over the weekend and took some time-out from their sub-five-metre boat to answer rapid fire questions about everything from Girls Aloud to girls in the Olympic village.
