AFTER MISSING THE start of the NFL season through injury, Marion Barber finally made his Chicago Bears debut last night, scoring a late touchdown in a 34-29 win over Carolina.
We all know how difficult it can be to start a new job, so Barber can be forgiven for his overzealous attempt to fit in by aping team-mate Devin Hester’s trademark acrobatics.
On mature reflection though, a round of high-fives probably would have been better.
