WATCH: Robbie Keane on the double in Beckham's Galaxy bow

Melbourne took a 2-0 lead in the first half but a brace of spotters from the Ireland skipper saw the Galaxy draw level, before winning it in the shoot-out.

ROBBIE KEANE SCORED twice today as the LA Galaxy sealed the Hyundai Club Challenge title with a penalty shoot-out victory over Melbourne Victory at the city’s Etihad Stadium.

The tie – which ended 2-2 after 90 minutes - was probably David Beckham’s last for the MLS side.

Melbourne took a 2-0 lead in the first half but a brace of spotters from the Ireland skipper either side of the break saw the Galaxy draw level, before winning it in the shoot-out.
