The 19-year-old son of Kinsale trainer Robert Tyner has died in Cork University Hospital.
Jack Tyner passed away overnight as a result of injuries suffered in a point-to-point fall on Tuesday in Dungarvan.
After riding a winner in the first race, his mount Dusmagic took a heavy fall at the first fence in the next.
The jockey’s condition had been described as “stable” by his father on Thursday.
He passed away early this morning at CUH.
