YouTube Top 10: because we'll never forget Twickenham 2006, Shaggy

That try, that anthem gaffe, and that dog scooter race (?) all feature in our weekly rundown of the best sporting vids.

10. We’ve been looking back at some of Jocky Wilson’s finest moments since the Scottish darts legend died last weekend at the age of 62. Yeah, you’ve got the two world championships, but what about the one that got away? Here’s Jocky coming oh-so-close to the first-ever televised nine-dart finish.

9. The word “legend” probably doesn’t even begin to describe Jim Stynes, whose funeral took place in Melbourne on Tuesday. This archive footage of him accepting the AFL’s Brownlow Medal — the first non-Australian ever to win the prize — in 1991 is really quite moving.

3. We’re not quite at MOTD2 levels of overkill yet, so Peter Crouch’s stunner against Man City last weekend is probably worth just one more look. Go on.

2. From our favourite story of the week — this is the moment when the Borat version of Kazakhstan’s national anthem was played instead of the real thing. Oh.

1. We were spoiled for choice when it came to picking one standout moment from the career of Shane Horgan, who retired from professional rugby yesterday. In the end, our decision was relatively easy.
