Conor McGregor and Dennis Siver have come face to face in Boston

But we hope Sunday’s fight will have more spark than this.

STAREDOWNS INVOLVING CONOR McGregor are generally fun to watch, but the same can’t be said for this encounter with Dennis Siver.

Unfortunately Siver didn’t seem to want to play along when the pair squared off at this afternoon’s media event in Boston.

As they went head-to-head for the first time this week, McGregor appeared to be his usual intense and hyped-up self, but Siver seemed more interested in admiring his opponent’s beard than making eye contact.

Media obligations have never really interested the veteran German, but for our viewing pleasure, hopefully he’ll be slightly more enthusiastic at tomorrow night’s weigh-ins.

McGregor and Siver will clash in the main event at UFC Fight Night 59 at the TD Garden in the early hours of this Monday morning.
