Half time:  Tyrone 0-11 Cavan 0-8

It’s been a thoroughly entertaining first-half in Croke Park. Tyrone have kept Seanie Johnston quiet, while Peter Harte has been excellent at the other end.

The second half is underway as Tyrone kick an early wide.

Too much lateral play from Cavan in attack. They kick a fourth wide.

Tyrone 0-12 Cavan 0-9

42 mins – McAliskey with his third point, an excellent one from about 35 metres out. That’s seven points from Tyrone’s full-forward line.

Seanie Johnston’s race is run. He’s replaced by 6′ 2″ Eugene Keating.

Tyrone 1-13 Cavan 0-13

54 mins – Goal chance for David Givney but his shot fizzes over the bar. Cavan are still very much in this.

All six of Cavan’s starting forwards and two midfielders have scored. Great response by them since the Tyrone goal.
