7 things we learned from the Lions’ team bus

Sam Warburton might have the captaincy but BOD has the king’s chair down the back of the bus.

THEY SAY A picture tells a thousand words — so what kind of a tenuous conclusions can we draw from this glimpse inside the Lions’ bus as the team set off for Hong Kong.

Here are seven things we learned:

1. Sean Maitland is on Australian time already

Although, to be fair, perfecting this level of eyebrow control must be pretty exhausting.

2. Sean O’Brien hasn’t hit it off with Toby Faletau yet

The Tullow Tank is playing with his tie; Toby is doing that thing where you pretend that you’ve just got a really important text.

3. Brian O’Driscoll has claimed seniority

The king stay the king.

4.Gethin Jenkins smells something awful

5. Owen Farrell smells it too, but he’s too polite to mention it

6. Cian Healy is hyperactive
