Keith Higgins and Neil McGee are certs, but who will complete the Allstar full-back line?

Paul Murphy, Eamon McGee and Fionn Fitzgerald lead the race for the third position.

FOOTBALLER OF THE Year nominee Neil McGee and Mayo defender Keith Higgins both look set to claim their third Allstar after stellar seasons but the third choice is a tricky one.

The Sunday Game panel opted for Aidan O’Mahony as corner-back on their Team of the Year, but the Rathmore defender has since received his Allstar nomination on the half-back line.

That leaves All-Ireland final man-of-the-match Paul Murphy, Eamon McGee and Fionn Fitzgerald more than likely fighting for the final slot in the full-back line – or does someone else deserve the award?

Full-back line nominees:
Drew Wylie (Monaghan)
Fionn Fitzgerald (Kerry)
Keith Higgins (Mayo)
Éamon McGee (Donegal)
Neil McGee (Donegal)
Andy Mallon (Armagh)
Philly McMahon (Dublin)
Rory O’Carroll (Dublin)
Paul Murphy (Kerry)
Sunday Game pundits chose:
Aidan O’Mahony, N. McGee, Higgins

Previous Allstars:
Higgins (2), N McGee (2), Rory O’Carroll (1)

Should Paul Durcan be forgiven for his All-Ireland mistake and awarded an Allstar?

Do Aidan O’Mahony, Peter Crowley and Colm Boyle deserve Allstars on the half-back line?
