THERE WAS A rather strange moment during Fulham’s defeat to Everton yesterday when someone in the crowd took exception to assistant referee Andy Garratt making an incorrect offside call.
The Fulham fan was sitting near the sideline and appeared to wave a white stick at Garratt who took the gesture in good spirit.
Who the stick belonged to, we’ll never know but we hope the owner got it back.
