VIDEO: GAA fan listens to his club win the county final from Australia

He may be thousands of miles away, but it clearly means just as much to Ballinagh supporter Ciaran Brady.

FOR MANY GAA fans living abroad, following your local team can often prove more than a little tricky.

Ciaran ‘Jaffa’ Brady’s beloved Ballinagh faced Cavan Gaels in the county’s senior football championship final recently. And as he is currently living in Sydney, Australia, he had to make do with listening to live commentary online at 5am.

As the clip below shows, he goes through all sorts of emotions during the closing stages of the final, which underdogs Ballinagh hold out to win for the very first time by a single point.
