WITH THE BEGINNING of the 2017 season swiftly approaching, Cork City have today launched two new kits.
The FAI Cup holders will play in a two-tone green home kit this year, with a white away kit and a red third kit. The club’s main sponsor this season is University College Cork.
The away kit, which City player Steven Beattie sported at yesterday’s launch of the 2017 SSE Airtricity League season at the Aviva Stadium, was revealed back in November, having previously been designated as a European kit.
Cork City will wear their new home kit in Friday’s meeting with Dundalk in the President’s Cup at Turner’s Cross.
John Caulfield will take his side to Ballybofey seven days later to take on Finn Harps in their Premier Division opener.
