Title: Facing Ali

Director:Pete McCormack

Release Date: 2009

Plot: In a week where an exceptional trailer for a Muhammad Ali documentary was released, we thought we would bring you “Facing Ali”, a detailed look at the legendary boxer’s career, as told by the fighters who faced him.

Henry Cooper, George Foreman and Joe Frazier all contribute throughout but it is lesser known fighters like George Chuvalo who steal the film with harrowing tales of loss and heartbreak.

The film is ostensibly about Ali but really it is about ten of his opponents, and how each man became linked for life with the Louisville Lip after they had fought.

What are they
really like?
