From Cork to Carlow there are a whole load of events worth getting off the couch for this week

You’ve no excuse now.

WE’VE ANOTHER JAM-PACKED weekend of sporting activity coming up and if you can prise yourself away from the rugby for a few hours we’re sure you can fit in one or two of these events.

Note: One of the biggest adventure races of the year, the Killarney Adventure Race is long sold out so we haven’t included that, but check out the one up in Fermanagh…or should we say, FEARmanagh…
