Club GAA fixtures for the week ahead

The dates, times and venues for this week’s key cub games

HERE’S THE DETAILS on next weekend’s GAA club action.

In Connacht there are football final showdowns in Galway and Roscommon while the hurling deciders will take place in Sligo and Roscommon.

And in the aftermath of their All-Ireland senior final replay defeat to Kilkenny, Galway’s players return to club action with the four senior quarter-finals down for decision on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday October 13th
Galway SHC quarter-finals:
Loughrea v Mullagh, Ballinasloe, 3pm; Gort v Padraig Pearses, Ballinasloe, 4.30pm.
Roscommon SHC final replay: Padraig Pearses v Four Roads, Athleague, 4pm
Sunday October 14th
Galway SFC final: Tuam Stars v Salthill-Knocknacarra, Pearse Stadium
Galway SHC quarter-finals: St Thomas v Castlegar, Athenry, 3pm; Portumna v Turloughmore, Athenry, 4.30pm.
Roscommon SFC final: St Brigid’s v Padraig Pearses, Kiltoom, 4pm.
Sligo SHC final: Calry-St Joseph’s v Coolera-Strandhill, Markievicz Park, 3.30pm.

In Leinster, there are football county finals next Sunday in Carlow, Longford and Offaly along with hurling deciders in Dublin, Westmeath and Wexford.

In Dublin the football quarter-finals are pencilled in, in Kilkenny the first round championship matches will occur while there are senior football semi-finals in Meath and senior hurling semi-finals in Wicklow.

Saturday October 13th
Kilkenny SHC first round:

In Munster there are hurling finals in Tipperary and Waterford on Sunday. The Clare hurling semi-finals and the Kerry football semi-finals are also down for decision. While the Cork and Waterford football championship also continue to progress.

Clare SFC semi-final replay: Kilmurry-Ibrickane v Kilrush, Doonbeg, 2.30pm.
Cork SFC quarter-final: Bishopstown v Carbery Rangers, Bandon, 5pm.
Waterford SFC semi-final: Stradbally v Abbeyside-Ballinacourty, Fraher Field, 4pm.

Sunday October 14th
Clare SHC semi-final:

Finally in Ulster, it is county football final time in Armagh and Monaghan on Sunday.
