MARTIN O’NEILL HAS named his team to take on Georgia at the Aviva Stadium tonight (7.45pm).

Having picked up a point in Belgrade last month, the Boys in Green play their second 2018 World Cup qualifier before travelling to Chisinau to take on Moldova on Sunday.

There are three changes to the side that drew 2-2 with Serbia, as Shane Duffy and Ciaran Clark come into the central defence for John O’Shea and Richard Keogh.

Everton midfielder James McCarthy, who has been out with a groin injury since 23 August, gets the nod in midfield ahead of Glenn Whelan and is included alongside Robbie Brady, Jeff Hendrick, James McClean and Jon Walters.

Southampton’s Shane Long looks set to start as the lone striker.

Meanwhile, the Georgian team shows four changes to the one that lost 2-1 to Austria last time out.

Ireland: Randolph; Coleman, Duffy, Clark, Ward; McCarthy, Brady, Hendrick, McClean, Walters; Long.

Georgia: Loria; Kakabadze, Kverkvelia, Kashia, Navalovski; Daushvili, Gvilia, Kazaishvili, Okariashvili, Ananidze; Mchedlidze.
