JOHN TERRY DOESN’T have the best reputation after a couple of incidents (some race related, others extra-marital) throughout his career. And while the criticism he received in those instances was warranted, he has recently made a very nice gesture that has bought him some goodwill.
A Chelsea fan recently lost their mother and Terry sent a signed shirt and also wrote a nice message to help them cope with their loss.
This probably won’t bring all football fans around on JT, but it is a start.
