KERRY AND MAYO will have to do it all again next Saturday, 26 August, after their absorbing All-Ireland senior football semi-final ended in a draw.
The replay has been confirmed for Croke Park with throw-in at 3pm.
It is the third time in the last four seasons that Mayo’s All-Ireland semi-final has gone to a replay.
After playing out a draw with Kerry in 2014, the replay was controversially scheduled for Limerick’s Gaelic Grounds, with Croke Park unavailable due to a college American football game scheduled to take place on the same day.
Kerry won another modern epic in that replay, 3-16 to 3-13, before going on to lift Sam Maguire against Donegal.
The following year, Dublin beat Mayo 3-15 to 1-14 in an All-Ireland semi-final replay before going on themselves to win the All-Ireland.
