The disgraced former Tour de France champion has been tweeting occasional updates on his whereabouts since the damning USADA report which saw him stripped of his seven yellow jerseys.
We know he was “alive and well in Hawaii” last month, and we know that he was “hanging in there” earlier this week.
Now Lance is “back in Austin and just layin’ around,” to use his own words.
