Lance Armstrong got pipped inches from the finish line of an Ironman race yesterday

Armstrong was in sixth the until the final few feet of the race, when fellow competitor Jordan James sprinted past him.

LANCE ARMSTRONG HAS moved on to more extreme feats of strength since retiring from the cycling.

Yesterday, the Tour de France legend competed in a half Ironman in Texas. The race involved a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and 13.1-mile run.

Armstrong was in sixth until the final few feet of the race, when fellow competitor Jordan James sprinted past him in hilarious fashion.

Seventh isn’t too shabby though.
