Hello and welcome along to our coverage of a busy day in the Allianz Leagues. It’s a key round of matches in hurling and football as promotion and relegation issues are being decided.

The action is already underway this afternoon with the latest from Division 4 of the Allianz FL seeing Limerick lead London by 1-7 to 1-2 in Ruislip while in Carriganore in Waterford, it is the home side who trail Offaly by 0-9 to 0-8.

Division 2 FL: Galway are ahead by 0-10 to 0-7 against Wexford in Pearse Stadium, early in the second-half.

Division 1B HL: Antrim lead Carlow by 2-12 to 0-8 in Dr Cullen Park in a game which started at 12.45pm.

Division 4 FL: Waterford have edged ahead of Offaly in Carriganore with a goal from Liam O’Lionain and are now in front by 1-9 to 0-11.

We’ll be focusing today on the action from Division 1 of the football league and Division 1A of the hurling. There’s plenty glamour games to keep an eye on.

Division 1A HL: Clare 0-1 Kilkenny 0-1: Early scores in Ennis with Richie Hogan putting the Cats into the lead before Colin Ryan replied for the Banner.

One casualty today because of the weather with Antrim and Meath in Division 3 in the football league having been postponed due to poor conditions in Casement Park.

Division 2 FL: Galway 1-12 Wexford 0-11: A key score for Galway in Salthill as Gary Sice finds the net to send them four points clear.

Division 1A HL: Clare 1-1 Kilkenny 0-2: The Banner have hit the net in Ennis with Colm Galvin striking home after great work by Tony Kelly.

Division 1A HL: Kilkenny 1-2 Clare 1-2: But the Cats have bounced back with Glenmore’s Ger Aylward firing to the net.

Division 1 FL: Cork 0-1 Kerry 0-0: The Rebels are off the mark in Tralee with Andrew O’Sullivan after raising an early white flag.

Division 1B HL: It’s tied 0-2 apiece between Wexford and Dublin in Wexford Park after Rory Jacob just pointed for the Model County. While Shane Dooley has fired to the net in Tullamore to help Offaly lead Limerick by 1-3 to 0-1.

Division 4 FL: Offaly are now ahead 1-14 to 1-10 against Waterford after Brian Connor found the net while Limerick lead London by 1-8 to 1-3 in Ruislip.

Division 1 FL: Cork 0-1 Kerry 0-1: The Kingdom have drawn level through a Johnny Buckley pointed free. Big crowd in Austin Stack Park for that game.

Division 2 FL: Galway are closing in on victory by 1-14 to 0-11 against Wexford in Salthill. Derry lead Louth by 1-4 to 1-1 while it’s 0-3 apiece between Westmeath and Armagh in Mullingar.

Division 1B HL: Dublin are now ahead 0-4 to 0-2 against Wexford in Wexford Park with David O’Callaghan just after pointing for them. While Shane Dooley has fired home his second goal of the match to push Offaly into a 2-3 to 0-1 lead against Limerick. While a full-time result from Dr Cullen Park sees Antrim having defeated Carlow by 3-13 to 0-14.

Division 2 FL: FT – Galway 1-16 Wexford 0-11: Good win for Alan Mulholland’s side in Salthill with Gary Sice firing home the only goal of the game.

Division 1A HL: Clare 1-4 Kilkenny 1-4: Still all square after 18 minutes in Ennis.

Division 1 FL: Cork 0-2 Kerry 0-2: The teams are tied in Tralee with Aidan Walsh close to a goal for Cork but Mark Griffin, a newcomer in the Kerry defence, got back to produce a vital block.

Division 4 FL: A successful trip to Carriganore this afternoon for the Offaly footballers as they have defeated Waterford by 2-15 to 1-11. And in Thurles, Tipperary are leading Leitrim by 1-5 to 0-2.

Division 1B HL: Dublin 2-8 Wexford 0-4: Dublin are running riot in Wexford Park with Conor McCormack firing home their second goal as Anthony Daly’s side are bouncing back well from last weekend’s loss to Limerick in Croke Park.

Division 1A HL: Clare 1-5 Kilkenny 1-5: It’s still tightly contested in Ennis so far this afternoon.

Division 1B HL: Offaly 2-7 Limerick 0-5: Offaly are motoring well in Tullamore and victory here could propel them back into the promotion hunt.

Division 1 FL: Cork 0-3 Kerry 0-3: A great point from play by Fintan Goold for Cork while Johnny Buckley has responded with a free for Kerry. Low-scoring stuff approaching half-time in Tralee.

Division 2 FL: Armagh are ahead of table-toppers Westmeath in Mullingar by 0-8 to 0-5 while in Drogheda, Derry lead Louth by 1-6 to 1-4.

Division 1A HL: Kilkenny 2-7 Clare 1-7: A brilliant goal for Clara’s Lester Ryan has pushed the Cats ahead in Ennis.

Division 1 FL: Mayo 0-1 Donegal 0-0: Cillian O’Connor sweeps over a point on his comeback from injury to put Mayo in front in Castlebar.

Division 1 HL: Tipperary 0-1 Waterford 0-0: Seamus Callinan notches the first point of the game for the Premier county.

Division 4 FL: FT – Limerick 1-9 London 1-8: A narrow victory for Maurice Horan’s side in Ruislip as they keep their promotion challenge intact.

Division 1B HL: Half time in Wexford Park and Tullamore. In the south-east, Dublin are ripping Wexford apart as they lead 2-12 to 0-4 at the interval. While in Tullamore, a 2-5 haul from Shane Dooley has left Offaly in front by 2-7 to 0-8 against Limerick.

Division 1FL: Kerry 0-4 Cork 0-3: Anthony Maher has kicked a point to send Eamonn Fitzmaurice’s side into the lead at the interval in Tralee.

Division 1 FL: Donegal 0-2 Mayo 0-1: It was a 2.30pm throw-in at Castlebar with Michael Murphy and Colm McFadden after grabbing points for the reigning All-Ireland champions after Cillian O’Connor had shot over the first point of the match.

Division 1 FL: Tyrone 1-1 Kildare 0-0: Great start for Mickey Harte’s side with Mark Donnelly finding the net in Newbridge.

Meath officially into the NHL 2B final after beating Roscommon in Athleague.

Division 1A HL: HT – Kilkenny 2-7 Clare 1-7: Big game in Ennis with Brian Cody’s side battling to avoid relegation and making a good start so far with goals from Lester Ryan and Ger Aylward helping them to lead at the interval. Colm Galvin found the net for the Banner.

Division 1A HL: Tipperary 0-2 Waterford 0-1: Shane Bourke (Tipperary) and Brian O’Halloran (Waterford) have traded points in Walsh Park.

Division 1A HL: Cork 0-2 Galway 0-2: Level in the early stages in Pearse Stadium with Joe Canning having fired over Galway’s two points so far.

Division 3 FL: Latest – Fermanagh 0-5 Sligo 0-6 (HT), Cavan 0-3 Wicklow 0-3

Division 4 FL: HT – Tipperary 2-10 Leitrim 0-4: The Premier County have gone clear at the interval in Semple Stadium.

Division 1A HL: Tipperary 0-4 Waterford 1-1: Seamus Callanan has sparkled in the early stages for Tipperary but Jamie Barron has hit back with a goal for Waterford.

Division 1 FL: Tyrone 1-2 Kildare 0-2: Mark Donnelly’s early goal still the difference between the teams in Newbridge.

Division 1 FL: Donegal 0-4 Mayo 0-3: Points from Cillian O’Connor and Kevin McLoughlin for Mayo have cut the gap to the minimum in Castlebar.

Division 1A HL: Tipperary 0-7 Waterford 1-2: Points from James Woodlock and Noel McGrath have sent the Premier clear by two in Walsh Park.

Division 1A HL: Cork 0-4 Galway 0-3: Jimmy Barry-Murphy’s side are ahead in Salthill with Patrick Cronin, Pat Horgan and Lorcan McLoughlin amongst their point-scorers.

Division 1A HL: Galway 1-3 Cork 0-4: Brilliant goal for Galway after a sublime hand pass by Joe Canning sets up Davy Glennon who fires the ball to the net.

Division 1A HL: Tipperary 0-9 Waterford 1-3: Maurice Shanahan and Brian O’Meara have just swapped points in Walsh Park.

Division 1A HL: Kilkenny 2-7 Clare 1-8: Colin Ryan has cut the gap to two points with a free for Clare.

Division 1B HL: A Limerick comeback is on the cards in Tullamore with Graeme Mulcahy just after pointing to leave them adrift of Offaly by 2-7 to 0-12. While it’s a different story in Wexford Park as Dublin are well clear of the home side by 2-16 to 0-8.

Division 1 FL: Mayo 0-6 Donegal 0-4: Points from Cillian O’Connor (2) and Kevin McLoughlin have sent James Horan’s side ahead by three points in Castlebar.

Division 1 FL: Kerry 0-5 Cork 0-4: Points have been traded by Johnny Buckley and Fintan Goold early in the second-half in Tralee. Pearse O’Neill has replaced Alan O’Connor in the Rebels line-up.

Division 1 FL: Tyrone 1-8 Kildare 0-3: It’s been a good first-half for Mickey Harte’s side in Newbridge with Peter Harte and Niall Morgan amongst their scorers to send them ahead by eight points at the break.

Division 1A HL: Kilkenny 3-7 Clare 1-11: A third goal for Brian Cody’s side with Aidan Fogarty after firing to the net with Colin Ryan (3) and Tony Kelly the point-scorers for Clare in the second-half.

Division 1A HL: Cork 1-7 Galway 1-6: A long run upfield by Cork goalkeeper Anthony Nash has been rewarding as he has smashed a penalty to the net.

Division 1A HL: HT – Tipperary 0-9 Waterford 1-6: The last three points of the half for the Deise from Martin O’Neill (2) and Jake Dillon to tie the teams in Walsh Park.

Division 1B HL: Dublin are well clear of Wexford by 2-17 to 0-11 in the 55th minute while it’s Offaly 3-7 Limerick 0-16 after Kevin Downes has pointed to tie the game with Colin Egan having grabbed the Faithful’s third goal of the match.

Division 3 FL: Latest – Fermanagh 0-10 Sligo 0-7, Cavan 0-8 Wicklow 0-4.

Division 1 FL: Kerry 0-8 Cork 0-5: Kerry having moved ahead decisively with Kieran O’Leary, Johnny Buckley and Killian Young having all grabbed points. Colm Cooper and Paul Galvin are into the Kerry team as second-half substitutes while Paul Kerrigan was denied a goal for Kerry when his shot hit against the crossbar.

Division 2 FL: Westmeath 0-16 Armagh 0-16: John Heslin and Stefan Forker have traded points in what is developing into a cracking encounter in Mullingar with less than ten minutes remaining.

Division 1A HL: Kilkenny 3-9 Clare 1-12: Eoin Larkin’s accuracy from placed balls has pushed Kilkenny into the lead against Clare.

Division 1B HL: Limerick’s comeback has been completed in Tullamore as they now lead Offaly by 0-18 to 3-7 with Declan Hannon and Conor Allis having registered their latest points. The Faithful outift are down to 14 men with Colin Egan having been sent-off after being shown a second yellow card. Dublin lead Wexford by 2-18 to 0-14.

Division 3 FL Latest – Fermanagh 0-15 Sligo 0-8, Cavan 0-8 Wicklow 0-4.

Division 1A HL: Kilkenny 3-10 Clare 1-14: Darach Honan has pointed for Clare to cut the gap to two in Ennis.

Division 1A HL: Kilkenny 3-10 Clare 1-15: Colin Ryan’s 11th point of the game has left the minimum between the sides in injury-time in Cusack Park.

Division 1B HL: FT – Dublin 3-19 Wexford 0-15: Comfortable victory for Dublin with Eamonn Dillon grabbing their third goal of the game.

Division 1A HL: FT – Kilkenny 3-10 Clare 1-15: The Cats survive for a narrow morale-boosting win in Ennis. Ger Aylward, Lester Ryan and Aidan Fogarty struck their goals while Colm Galvin found the net for Clare.

Division 4 FL: FT – Tipperary 2-15 Leitrim 0-14: All over in Semple Stadium with Tipperary claiming an important win in their push for promotion.

Division 1B HL: FT – Limerick 0-21 Offaly 3-8: They trailed by four points at half-time but Limerick have ran out winners by four points in Tullamore.

Division 1 FL: Kerry look on course for victory in Tralee as they lead Cork by 0-11 to 0-7 with time running out. Tyrone are comfortably clear of Kildare by 1-9 to 0-4 in Newbridge. And it’s all square at 0-7 apiece between Mayo and Donegal in Castlebar.

Division 2 FL: FT – Westmeath 0-17 Armagh 0-16: A great day for Westmeath as victory clinches promotion for them to the top tier in the football league. John Heslin kicked the match-winning point.

Division 3 FL: FT – Fermanagh 0-15 Sligo 0-9: A six-point win for Peter Canavan’s side as they chase promotion.

Division 1A HL: FT – Cork 2-12 Galway 2-12: All over in Salthill and the teams have finished level.

Division 3 FL: Monaghan 0-7 Roscommon 0-6: In the last game of the afternoon, points by Donie Smith and Kevin Higgins for Roscommon have cut the deficit.
