MEMPHIS DEPAY WILL join Manchester United this summer after PSV confirmed agreement had been reached on a fee for the winger.
Confirmation followed widespread media reports suggesting a fee in the region of €30 million had been agreed for the 21-year old who also attracted the attention of Liverpool and PSG.
Having burst onto the scene in 2013, he’s been a crucial component in PSV’s first title-winning season in seven years, scoring 21 league goals in 28 appearances and also chipping in with four assists.
The 15-times capped Dutch international has been compared to Cristiano Ronaldo by Ronald de Boer who said:
“He is one of the biggest talents in Europe. He Is very lively, technically unbelievable, very skilful, very fast, he has a great goalscoring record, he can shoot from every distance – he has everything. For me, he is without doubt one of the best talents we have.”
