Man United midfielder 'likes' tweet criticising Louis van Gaal, then promptly apologises

Quick, delete it. Nobody saw it.

ALL IS NOT well at Manchester United, that we know.

Fans at Old Trafford voiced their displeasure during Saturday’s dismal defeat to Norwich as Louis van Gaal’s side produced another abject performance.

Goals from Cameron Jerome and Alex Tettey inflicted a third straight loss on United as the home fans were left irate after watching their team go winless in six outings.

Afterwards, van Gaal admitted he now fears for his job while Juan Mata revealed the players feel sorry for the fans after another difficult day at the Theatre of Dreams.

It would be stretching it to say there is dressing room discord, we don’t know that and there isn’t evidence to suggest that’s the case, but Nick Powell has perhaps hinted at the growing frustration levels.

The midfielder was brought back into the set-up recently, appearing as a second-half sub in defeats to Wolfsburg and Bournemouth, but he may regret this.

Powell ‘liked’ a tweet with a link to an article on Sky Sports saying Louis van Gaal has wasted money at Old Trafford. He promptly moved to clarify the situation and insisted he didn’t mean to.
