NUI Maynooth and DCU set for Sigerson showdown

It’s Kildare v Dublin in the Higher Education final at Parnell Park tomorrow.

NUI MAYNOOTH AND Dublin City University (DCU) will contest the Sigerson Cup final at Parnell Park tomorrow.

Both universities came through gripping semi-finals in Galway today as Maynooth, who were forced to wear Kildare jerseys, knocked out reigning holders University College Cork (UCC) with a score of 2-11 to 2-8.

2010 champions DCU, meanwhile, had an eight-point advantage over University of Ulster Jordanstown (UUJ) when the final whistle went.

Throw-in for tomorrow’s final is 3pm and the match is live on TG4.
