Pass the Alka Seltzer: FAI officials give it a lash in Moscow
There were jovial scenes before Ireland’s draw with Russia earlier this week, led by Ray Houghton and FAI chief executive John Delaney.

RAY HOUGHTON AND John Delaney made the most of the Moscow nightlife as they partied with fans before Ireland’s miracle draw against Russia last Tuesday.

While Richard Dunne and co were (presumably) safely tucked up in bed, Delaney led the fans in a chorus of ‘Come On You Boys In Green,’ before ex-Ireland winger Houghton took the microphone and spoke about Ireland’s chances of progression to the European Championships in 2012.
