Pat Spillane's club won the Munster championship today

Templenoe destroy Clare champions Coolmeen in junior final, scoring 2-17 from play.

PAT SPLLIANE’S CLUB Templenoe cruised to a junior Munster title today, racking up 2-17 against Clare champions Coolmeen, who only managed three points.

The Sunday Game pundit and Kerry legend’s son, Pat junior, made an appearance as a substitute in a week where he was also involved at the AFL Draft Combine.

Pat’s nephews, Killian and Adrian, sons of brother and fellow Kerry legend Tom, were also in action.

The earlier game in Mallow saw Dungourney of Cork claim the Munster junior hurling title with a 1-17 to 0-8 win against Waterford’s Fenor.

In Longford’s Pearse Park, Meath champions Curraha were too strong for St Brigid’s Kilashee of Longford, winning the junior football final on a scoreline of 3-10 to 1-11.
