AFTER THE GLORY of being part of an All-Ireland senior winning team for the first time, Dublin’s Paul Mannion got another surprise at the final whistle in Croke Park yesterday.

Amongst the Dublin supporters celebrating in Croke Park was his older sister Lucy who surprised Mannion by flying home from Australia and turning up at the match to cheer on her brother.

Mannion’s day unfortunately ended early in the first-half when he limped off with a hamstring injury but after an excellent debut season, he was still celebrating his first All-Ireland senior medal yesterday evening.
