Robbie Keane loses his cool and kicks goalpost, then scores cracking volley
And what about that goal celebration…?!

MLS CHAMPIONS LA Galaxy began their season with a 2-0 win over Chicago Fire last night in a game which saw Robbie Keane’s temper boil over.

Jose Villarreal had put the home side midway through the second half and Keane looked odds on to double their lead on 80 minutes but, when Stefan Ishizaki’s pass was played slightly ahead of him, he showed his frustration by booting the goalpost.

Seconds later, however, the 2014 MLS MVP blasted home a stunning volley after Baggio Husidic’s flick-on.

And, instead of his trademark cartwheel, Keane celebrated by gesturing and shouting angrily.
