VIDEO: Here is Ronan O'Gara's appalling brain freeze against Scotland

The Munster outhalf had a shocker as he came on for the misfiring Paddy Jackson.

RONAN O’GARA REPLACED misfiring Irish outhalf Paddy Jackson with 16 minutes to go in his team’s Six Nations clash with Scotland.

Ireland trailed 9-8 when the Munster man entered the field of play but he was soon in the thick of the action.

O’Gara was not the only Irish player to have a shocker but he somehow contrived to make two costly botches – a dodgy crossfield kick/flub and failing to find touch – before Dave Kilcoyne conceded a crucial penalty.
