WORLD RUGBY’S DECISION makers have been in Ireland for the last two days to review our bid to host the 2023 World Cup, and we’re doing everything we can to impress them.
Along with visits to the Aviva Stadium and Croke Park, and a private hurling clinic with none other than King Henry Shefflin, the Technical Review Group also met with President Michael D Higgins and Taoiseach Enda Kenny.
The Irish bid team also put together this brilliant new video, narrated by four Irish sporting greats, showcasing four of our most famous stadiums.
