Here's what you missed at today's Schools Basketball finals in Tallaght

There were wins for St Mary’s, Mallow and Gallen CS, Ferbane in the National Basketball Arena.

ST MARY’S, MALLOW pulled off a fourth-quarter comeback to claim the U16 B Girls title in the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght.

Aoife Leahy was named MVP but her 22-point haul couldn’t save Ursuline College, Sligo from a 44-37 defeat.

In the U16 C final, captain Roisin Egan led Gallen CS, Ferbane to a 33-26 win against St Joseph’s Charlestown.

A close-fought final was tied at 26 points apiece in the final quarter but it was Gallen who rallied late to win by seven points.
