Tyson Fury calls off threat to pull out of Klitschko fight due to soft canvas

The undefeated British boxer was very unhappy with facilities in Dusseldorf.

TYSON FURY HAS called off his threat to pull out of tonight’s world heavyweight title fight with Wladimir Klitschko in Germany.

Fury is due to face the WBA, IBF and WBO champion in Dusseldorf but the fight was put in jeopardy earlier today due to the condition of the canvas.

His agent Asif Vali took to Twitter to say the British challenger had complained to his own Boxing Board of Control and the commissioner of the Dusseldorf fight.

“If it’s not resolved, the fight is in jeopardy of being off,” Vali said.

However, it appears we will have a world title bout after all with Vali once more using Twitter to say it would be going ahead.
