Burpee, squat and lunge - the 4 exercise workout for those leading a busy life

There’s no excuse not to get in some form of exercise.

FOR THOSE LEADING a busy life, getting to the gym isn’t often possible but nobody should have an excuse for not having 15 minutes to spare each day for some form of resistance exercise.

This little routine isn’t going to knock the weight off you but for those just looking for something quick and easy to start the day, you could do a lot worse.

It’s a full-body workout and takes just 15 minutes. During this time you’ll do four different exercises for 20 seconds each – and no equipment is required.

Take a break for 30 seconds after each round, if you feel you must. This routine is NOT designed to replace a ‘normal’ gym routine!

The round is as follows and do as many rounds as you can. (For tutorials click on each exercise below).
