Have you heard of the new app being dubbed 'Tinder for fitness fanatics'?

For people who want to Sweatt together…

DUBBED AS THE ‘Tinder for fitness fanatics’, Sweatt is the latest dating app that has tapped into today’s gym-obsessed society.

However, unlike Tinder where er, we’re told…you accept or reject potential partners solely on appearance, Sweatt matches up potential mates based on their exercise habits – as well as appearance.

The app works by pairing you with like-minded users, based on the type of exercise you do, how many times you work out per week and your preferred time of day to hit the gym.

And it goes even further than that; it will also evaluate the type of diet you have, matching you with people with similar habits, like whether you’re Vegan or vegetarian or Paleo.

To get started, you input some basic information like your age, location, gender preference – as well as some aforementioned data like when you work out and how (or if) you like your steak.

So, for sure, there are lots of posers, both male and female because the app is also heavily imaged-based and operates using the same technique as Tinder’s ‘swipe-right-for-a-like’ function.

Dan Ilani, the app’s founder, says that his creation cuts out a lot of time-wasting with ill-matched potential partners.

And this app, he reckons, pairs like-minded people in a no-nonsense way.

“Fitness is so much more than the time we spend working out,” he says.

“Our commitment to fitness dictates so many of the choices we make on a daily basis.

“Chances of compatibility are heightened when you choose to date people with shared interests, lifestyles and mindsets.”

This will be a Godsend to those who leave smelly gear lying around the floor after training and leave the kitchen with protein powder all over the worktop.
