CHELSEA HAVE BECOME synonymous for their rock-solid defence and ability to ‘park the bus’. Not only do they have the best defence in the Premier League, if not the world, but they have a world-class goalkeeper to back them up.
So, breaching that defence is no mean feat. Luis Suarez did just that last night, and did it in impressive fashion.

Chelsea finished their pre-season tour of North America with a win against reigning European champions Barcelona, defeating them 4-2 on penalties in Washington DC. But it was two sublime pieces of skill from Luis Suarez and Eden Hazard that stole the show.
Suarez scored a great solo goal, showing great control with a cheeky dummy before dinking the ball over Thibaut Courtois and his defenders. Kurt Zouma tried, and failed to stop it crossing the line.
Eden Hazard had earlier given Chelsea the lead with a great solo effort of his own. The Belgian breezed past the Barcelona defence and clinically slotted past the onrushing goalkeeper.

Gary Cahill and Sandro Ramirez scored the other goals, with Loic Remy converting the decisive spot-kick in the shootout.
