KEEGAN BRADLEY HAS claimed walking around the Medinah Country Club, three days before the Ryder Cup, is the ‘proudest moment’ of his career.
Bradley, who will make his Ryder Cup debut when the USA take on Europe this week, joined his American team-mates and the Europeans in the traditional first day of practice yesterday.
The 26-year-old Florida-based golfer qualified for Team USA by finishing fourth in the Ryder Cup points.
“Walking to the first tee today was probably the proudest moment of my entire career and it happened on Tuesday at the Ryder Cup, so it was a pretty special day and a lot of fun all around,” Bradley said.
The 2012 Ryder Cup starts on Friday and Bradley expects a big crowd after what he experienced on the opening day of practice in Illinois.
“Me and Webb Simpson were saying that it was basically a Sunday crowd at a major and it was a Tuesday here and we have four days until we play,” Bradley said. ”Pretty special atmosphere and pretty intense and I assume come Friday it will be.
“These things are going to be ready to rock and roll.”
